PRSSA
Established in 2008, Bobcat PRSSA is the Georgia College chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. We have one objective, and that is to help young public relations professions navigate the competitive industry of public relations. We aim to give members the resources and opportunities to expand their resume, meet industry professionals, and build their brand.
PRSSA helps students interested in strategic communication enhance their education by participating in events that help broaden their network. They get the opportunity to learn and interact with public relations students from around the country at PRSSA events like International Conference, Leadership Assembly, and District Conferences.
GC PRSSA hosts shadow days with major companies like IHG, 22SQ, Nebo, Moxie, and many more! This chapter leads workshops to encourage professional development. For example: LinkedIn Do’s & Don’ts, Resume Review & Headshots, Personal Branding, Internship Panels, and much more!
